Max came from Croatia to us this Feb 2026, he was very loving from the very start but timid.

Lots of work has been done to get Max playing with toys. Max had also never been walked on a lead before so with lots of love and coaxing he now loves his walks and refrained from pulling.

He has issues with loud traffic noises ie motorbikes, trailers and lawnmowers and he still has one big anxiety he refuses to get into a vehicle which we think is due to his long journey from Croatia so this is all work in progress.

Max is a fussy eater and appears to only want to eat in the evenings but he is not a greedy dog.

He is a lovley nature, no nastiness and very enthusiastic for wanting to play with other dogs but not keen on cats.

Everyone that meets him says what a beautiful dog. Max has a wonderful future ahead of him with lots of love and planned adventures. We love him lots especially his cuddles.
