In November 2022 we was asked by a vets to help rehome Star 10 and Sunny 8 due to there owner passing away. The owner hadnt been well for a while and the family was trying to manage with family issues and Star and Sunny They had been very well oved but owner just struggled with her health.
We managed to find a lovely home that would take both of them on.
Five months ago, 8 year old Sunny and 10 year old Star came to join us, our son and our 9 year old Rough Collie Hattie, and the time’s gone so quickly.When they arrived here in rural Suffolk they had had their coats shorn off due to a flea infestation, but now they have beautiful RC coats. They had a few health problems, but Margaret our vet has sorted them out – the dogs are so gentle and both are great favourites with the vets and nurses.
Star and Sunny absolutely love their walks in the fields and almost dance when they hear their leads. They’re such sweet dogs – everyone loves them everywherewe go, and we are so very lucky to have them with us.
